What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and provider-generated identifiers. They can remember settings, maintain security, measure use, and support checkout.
Categories
- Strictly necessary
- Security, request integrity, reservation continuity, network routing, fraud prevention, and other functions required to provide a requested service.
- Preferences
- Language, accessibility, interface, or other choices that may be remembered when those controls are implemented.
- Analytics
- Optional measurement of product interactions and performance through PostHog or a similar configured provider. These are not required to purchase.
- Third-party checkout
- Dodo Payments or another hosted provider may use its own necessary, fraud-prevention, preference, or compliance technologies under its own policy.
Server-side session protection
FandomWar may derive a one-way pseudonymous fingerprint from limited request context such as IP routing information, user agent, and language. This supports five-minute reservation enforcement and abuse prevention. The resulting hash is not an advertising cookie and is not published.
Analytics choices
If optional analytics is enabled, FandomWar will provide any consent mechanism required for your location before setting non-essential cookies or storage. Withholding or withdrawing analytics consent will not prevent access to the map or change an attack price.
Browser blocking and deletion controls may affect preferences or hosted checkout continuity. Settings on Dodo, YouTube, or other linked services must be managed through those providers.
Updates and contact
This Policy will be updated before new non-essential categories are enabled. See the Privacy Policy for processing purposes, providers, retention, and rights, or contact Support.
